PE

This week we did balancing.

First we were puting the tennis ball on the tennis racket.

Next we practiced balancing the ball on the tennis racket

Next we buddy up with somebody then they will throw the ball at a buddy then the partner will hit the ball back to him.

Then we practiced hitting the tennisball over the net.

Ballancing

 This week we leaned about ballance.

We balanced while passing the basket ball and other equipments.

It was hard to try ballancing and throwing the ball.

Tipping Point

I learnt what a tipping point is.

First, we revised what a tipping point is..

Balancing

 This week Iearned how to balance. I enjoyed balancing but i need to practice more.

HPE

This week I did an activity leanring how to balance on a ball and count how many did I ballance on the ball for seconds. 

AFL

I went to AFL and there was a AFL Teacher. 

it was Becs.  

Becs teached us a new game. 

It was to catch the ball, we had to be 3 groups and split out a little bit.

Then we throw the ball to each other and catch it. 

Then pass it on to the next person.

AFL Training

 On the field we did skills for playing. Aussie rules Australian football league. 

We learnt how pass the rugby ball, first we have to have a partner then punch the rugby ball on the back, then your partner has to catch it.

 Our next practising game is how to kick a rugby ball. We had to make a m with our hands and kick the ball to our partners my partner cached the ball.

 Then it was his turn to kick the ball, he kicked the ball and I catch it. we took turns kicking and caching the ball. 

I learnt the kick skills.

 Our next practising game is  to hit the targets.

 We had to kick the ball to are targets Coach + Teachers. Also we kicked it to one of the students.
