This afternoon LS 1 and Room 5 went to reserve and did an experiment. We needed to put hands up when we when we heard the clapper. We made a long line beside the water. Ms Kirkpatrick was at one end. When she clapped the sound travels down the line. people put their hands up in a wave. We saw the clapper before we heard the sound because light travels faster than sound.
Kia ora David, it's Miss Cockeram here. It's so nice to read your blog and see your learning. This experiment looked really interesting. Were you at the front of the line, the middle, or the back? I'd like to try this experiment myself.
